Return & Refund Policy

TaxAutomator is a digital API subscription service. There are no physical products to return.
Subscriptions
- You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal period.
- After cancellation, API access remains available through the already paid billing period unless abuse, fraud, or security risk requires suspension.
- Monthly or annual renewal charges are processed by Stripe according to the selected plan.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We generally consider refunds for duplicate charges, accidental upgrades, billing mistakes, or first-time purchases requested within 14 days when the account has not used meaningful production volume.
Marketplace and Promotional Purchases
Purchases made through a marketplace, promotion, or partner program may be governed by that partner's refund rules in addition to this policy.

Send the account email, invoice number if available, plan name, and refund reason to info@taxautomator.net.
